		<description>Todd - thanks for the note. I haven't had a chance to get all of my notes on the blog yet - but both your piece - and your conducting were wonderful. What a pleasure to have a conductor walk up to the podium who has clearly thought through the piece (duh - in this case it was your piece - but still), and has thought through what we were going to need to know to play it. The rehearsal time was well spent, and it sounded good from where I sat. You have a friend in the wine country of northern California if you are ever out here...</description>

		<description>Hi, Jim...I'm glad you had fun playing in the Fiesta Flute Orchestra, and at the convention in general. I was the guest conductor for my flute choir piece, "Four Pieces." I still can't get over the wonderful sound from all the low flutes up on stage - this was truly the sound I was hearing in my head when I wrote the piece back in 1986.

Thanks for making my experience conducting the group so great - you guys were wonderful!
